ALLEGIANCY MAKES A SALE IN COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS ON BEHALF OF OWNERSHIP

Richmond, Va., February 28th, 2017— Allegiancy announces on the behalf of ownership they have sold University Shopping Center in College Station, TX. The property is a Class A retail space that sold for $22.5 million to Sapient Partners LLC, a superior Risk Management Insurance company. The property has remained 100% leased and they will not expire until 2019. University Shopping center is home to many retail stores such as such as Big Lots, Petco, Cici’s Pizza, and Home Depot.

The buoyant University Shopping Center offers excellent regional access via US Highway 190, US Highway 290, Texas Highway 21, Texas Highway 6 and Interstate 2818. The location is within close proximity to Texas A&M and from the lively town of College Station giving it a unique advantage in the market. Built in 2002, the center covers roughly 170,000 SF and has an expansive amount of space for many retail shops with abundant parking.
